Each year the Foundation funds Student Scholarships, Doctoral and Post-Doctoral fellowships, Research Grants, State of the Science poster presentations, Student Emergency Educational Scholarships, workshops, and other educational opportunities such as the Foundation’s Health Policy Institute CRNA Program. The Foundation also funds health policy research that validates that CRNAs are safe and effective.
To support these programs, the Foundation relies on donations. Thank you to the thousands of AANA members who make a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation each year. The AANA Foundation has a small staff and relies on many volunteers to assist with the important work of the Foundation. Thank you to all members of the following groups who dedicate their time and talent to program and fundraising efforts:
- Board of Trustees
- Audit Committee
- Fellowship Review Committee
- Grant Review Committee
- Poster Review Committee
- RISE Above Steering Committee
- Scholarship Review Committee
- State Advocates
- Student Advocates
